You are solely responsible for the content submitted in your listing, including but not limited to business descriptions, contact information, images, and external links. You warrant that all such content is truthful, non-infringing, and compliant with applicable laws.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publicly display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion, and to suspend or terminate any listing that violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials made available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, layout, and software, are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name] or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service content without our prior written consent.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
